Immediately I began to laugh hysterically, because I knew that they had been "flamingo-d!" A teenage girl at our church is raising money to go on a mission trip, and this is one of her fundraisers. Which...if I may add, is absolutely adorable. Plastic Pink Flamingos.
My parents, on the other hand, were caught by total surprise and their minds raced as they tried to figure out who "gifted" them the birds! My mom...thought it was an early Mother's Day gift from my brother Matt, then Josh, and then even thought someone found them in their ex-neighbor's garbage can and placed them in their yard as a joke.
...and then, my mom said, "Well I wish we would have had the lawn mowed before they came!"
Thanks to the Mann family, for making us laugh! And to Penny and Millie who have been putting smiles on the faces of many throughout Yuba City!!!
